Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
AIWriteAid paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal available from the AIWriteAid Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, access to paid-plan benefits remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where AIWriteAid expressly agrees otherwise.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced a billing error, contact us promptly so we can review the transaction.
Credits
AIWriteAid plans include usage credits. Credits are usage units for AIWriteAid workflows and do not represent cash value. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash.
Plan changes
Available upgrades, downgrades, renewals and cancellations may be managed through AIWriteAid and the Stripe Customer Portal. Any applicable pricing or billing changes will be shown before confirmation.
