These Terms of Service govern your use of AIWriteAid. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

AIWriteAid provides AI-assisted writing, research, document analysis, and professional workflow tools. Features may change as the service develops.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Information you provide must be accurate and current.

Acceptable use

You may not use AIWriteAid to violate law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage controls, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit to AIWriteAid. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process that content and provide the service. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on, publishing, or submitting it.

AI-generated output

Artificial-intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output. AIWriteAid is an assistance tool and does not guarantee factual accuracy, originality, regulatory compliance, eligibility, or acceptance of any document or application. You remain responsible for final review and use of generated material.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Plans include a stated monthly credit allowance. Credits represent service usage and have no cash value. We may change plan features or pricing prospectively with appropriate notice.

Cancellations and plan changes

You may manage eligible subscription changes and cancellations through the billing portal. Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation, access to paid plan benefits continues through the end of the applicable paid billing period.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where AIWriteAid expressly agrees otherwise. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support promptly.

Third-party services

AIWriteAid relies on third-party providers for services such as artificial intelligence, hosting, databases, authentication, and payment processing. Their availability and performance may affect AIWriteAid.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.

AIWriteAid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, accounting, or other licensed professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIWriteAid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
